AIMS OF THE PROJECT
The objectives of our project
• To increase our students' awareness of taking initiative and planning their future by being included in an
innovative and multicultural entrepreneurship education.
• To enable them to acquire knowledge skills and competencies designed to facilitate their integration into the
social environment and business life through entrepreneurship training.
• Encouraging 21st century skills (problem solving, research practices, creativity, art, curiosity, selfdiscipline,imagination,personal expression, planning) and understanding their relationship with career
opportunities.
• Reducing the “skill gap” problem with correct career planning practices
• To ensure the development of basic competencies (leadership, Teamwork, Foreign language education, ICT
skills, Creativity, Entrepreneurship, Initiative, Basic financial skills, Critical thinking) for employability.
• To improve cooperation and sustainability with peers in different cultures in different countries.
• To develop language and communication skills
• Reconstructing career guidance information of teachers to be included in the project, strengthening the teaching
profession profile, developing cooperation and new skills by developing ICT, foreign language and
entrepreneurship skills.
• It is aimed to include the project achievements in the school strategic plans and place them in the school culture

• OCTOBER 2021 is aimed at education in Turkey will be taken which will be held under short-term joint staff
training events and the development of ICT skills to use.
• Activities for employability to be taken as part of the short-term joint staff training events in Portugal in FEBRUARY 2022 will enable teachers to acquire new skills.
• The awareness level of teachers will be increased in MAY 2022 in Poland with the training seminar “Tackling
skill gap” to be taken with short-term joint staff training events
•Areas of Personal Competence and Developing 21st century skills (problem solving, research practices,
creativity, art, curiosity, self-discipline, imagination, personal expression, planning) and their relationship with
career opportunities within the scope of short term exchange of groups of pupils to be held in Greece in
OCTOBER 2022. It will be provided.
• Within the scope of short-term joint staff training events which will be held in Italy in MARCH 2023, creativity and
career planning training will enable teachers to restructure their career guidance information, strengthen their
teaching profession profile by developing their foreign language and entrepreneurship skills, and gain new skills.
• With the short term exchange of groups of pupils to be held in Croatia in MAY 2023, students' social environment
integrations will be provided, their language and communication skills will be strengthened. They will develop
cooperation with their peers from different countries. will be enabled to gain competencies
